After a broken foot, lots of rain reschedules, and vacations, we were finally able to get this little guy's first birthday milestone session in! We had discussed meeting at all different locations including Morris Arboretum and Curtis Arboretum, but ultimately his mom found the cutest little spot local to them in the Main Line area of Greater Philadelphia which had some beautiful morning light for his first birthday session. And we even some early fall leaves despite it being August!
I love first birthday sessions and capturing that last little squeeze of baby-hood; the crawling, the cruising, the (sometimes) walking. You don't always need a cake smash to celebrate a first birthday milestone (although, I do those, too!). This little guy had the cutest, happiest smile and just loved exploring where he was and playing with his mom and brother.
